About two and a half hours from New York City and Boston. Project crews book it Monday to Thursday or Friday, week after week: most of the crew gets their own bedroom, three full baths keep the mornings moving, the kitchen replaces per-diem restaurant runs, and the pool and the basement lounge are there after the shift. Our longest-running guest so far was a project crew that came back four weeks in a row.

Yes. Mon–Thu (or Mon–Fri) weekly stays are priced as a package and recurring weeks get a preferred rate. Tell us the crew size and how many weeks; we'll send one all-in number.
Can you invoice the company directly?
Book direct with the company as the guest and tell us what accounts payable needs — we'll work out the paperwork with you. No platform fee on direct bookings.
How many people can stay?
Seven private bedrooms for up to seven people with their own room; the house sleeps sixteen if some share. We'll suggest the right setup for your crew.
Is there room for work trucks and a trailer?
Yes. A long private drive and parking area on a hundred private acres. No street parking, no neighbors.
What about check-in on a Sunday night or Monday morning?
Self check-in with a code, any hour. Early Monday arrivals are usually possible — ask when you book.
